  • 1 kg Shrimp large (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 clove Garlic minced
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • ½ tbsp Cajun Spice
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Spring Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted

Shrimp Skewers on Grill Top

  • At first, soak wooden or bamboo skewers in the water, about 30 min before grilling. It helps to reduce all burning or another particle (chemical or something else) of the sticks.
  • It is essential to preheat the grill to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C (204.444°C).
  • Now gather all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix them well. After that rest it in covered for marinade at least 30 minutes.
  • Now mix together some butter and finely chopped garlic and heat in the microwave until both are well melted. Or if you don't have a microwave, don't think that you can do it in a saucepan.
  • Now arrange the shrimps on the sticks.
  • Place the skewers of the shrimp on the grill and grill for about 2 minutes on each side.
  • When the shrimp are cooked or become light pink or reddish in color, take them down and spread over the melted garlic butter.
